WebsiteSale operates an online marketplace for digital assets — websites, domain names, social accounts, and related marketing services. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

Buyer accounts are free. Seller accounts may list inventory and pay promotion fees. Admin access is restricted to WebsiteSale operators. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secret, and be at least 18 years old.

We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, unpaid fees, or breach of these terms. The first operator account on a fresh deployment is the site admin.

Sellers warrant they own or control the asset, that traffic and revenue figures are not fabricated, and that transfer is possible through the stated method. Listings may be websites, domains, social accounts, or marketing services. We may edit, refuse, or ban a listing that is misleading, illegal, or reported by buyers.

Promotions (ranking $19.99, highlight $19.99, combo $29.99 / 30 days) are prepaid and non-refundable once the listing is live, except where required by law.

Offers and counter-offers are binding for the stated expiry window. A buy-it-now purchase or an accepted offer starts escrow. You must not complete a deal off-platform to avoid fees. Circumventing escrow is grounds for removal.

Platform commission is charged on funded escrow (default 7.5%, configurable by admin). Funds stay in escrow until transfer is confirmed or a dispute is decided. WebsiteSale may freeze, refund the buyer, or release to the seller after reviewing transfer proof. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, or law firm.

You may not list stolen accounts, assets obtained by hacking, content that infringes IP, adult material involving minors, weapons, or anything illegal in your or the buyer’s jurisdiction. Social accounts must comply with the host platform’s transfer rules.

Reviews must reflect a completed escrow. Chat is logged to support disputes. False reports, harassment, or spam may lead to a ban.

The marketplace is provided as-is. We do not guarantee a listing’s revenue, traffic, or future performance. Our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, except where law does not allow that limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
